"Many hands makes light work"

The LTPA will be responsible for the Holiday Concert Wrap Up after the concert on Sunday December 8, 2024 and we need the help of 15 members . 

We will begin work immediately after the close of the show, and with adequate help, we should be done in approximately one hour.

What's Involved?

• Team 1 - Work back stage to take down and fold tents, chairs and tables.
• Team 2 - Work on-stage and out front to collect power cords, audio equipment and secure in appropriate crates
• Team 3 - Load speakers, microphone stands and other equipment into transport vehicles
• Team 4 - Unload transport vehicles and move equipment back into the LTPA storage shed at the Tennis Maintenance facility.
