What is the LTPA? The Landings Tennis and Pickleball Association is for Landings residents, social members and current renters who enjoy fun events! While we may have started as an association of tennis players, we have expanded our reach. Whether you play tennis, pickleball, bocce or enjoy social fun, you are invited to become a member. Our goal is to provide a social atmosphere of fun events, support our community and Racquet Sports Department.
How do I renew my membership? Sign in to your account. Click Member settings/View my profile. Under Membership Details, click RENEW button and follow the prompts. How do I join the LTPA? Click on the above Join/Renew menu tab and follow the prompts. Complete the Membership details and pay online. New members will receive an email from LTPA with their log in instructions. How do I sign into my account? Click the blue “Click to Log In” button at the top of the screen, enter your log in information.I forgot my password what do I do? Click the blue button “Click to Log In” in the top center of the screen. Click “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions for changing your password. How do I register for an event if I’m a member? Click the Sign In button at the top right corner of the event screen. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and password. You will then see a REGISTER button under the events that are open for registration. Click the Register button and follow the prompts for registration.How do I register for an event if I’m NOT a member? The easiest way is to join LTPA! If the event is open to non-members you will see a prompt on the registration page. It is more expensive to register for events if you’re not an LTPA member. Are my credit card payments secure on the LTPAFUN.ORG website? Yes. The LTPA uses Wild Apricot Membership software for membership management and payments. Wild Apricot uses encryption to protect your data and is PCI certified. More information about Wild Apricot security can be found here.Is my information on the LTPAFUN.ORG website shared with others? No. Wild Apricot and its affiliates do not share this information, LTPA owns the information and does not share it with entities other than The Landings Administration. How do I view or edit my LTPA profile? Log into your account. Click the Member Setting button in the top center. Click “View Profile”. Here you’ll find the Edit Profile button on the left side of the screen, click it and it brings you to your information. Edit as you need. Remember to click the Save button at lower left.Is there a mobile app for LTPA? Yes. Wild Apricot for Members, aka the Member App, is the app that you can download and install for free from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Once installed you sign in with your email address and password. |
