Frequently Asked Questions

  1.  How do I renew my LTPA Membership?  ANSWER:  Go to the LTPAFUN.ORG web site and sign in, click on MEMBER SETTINGS at the top  center of the page, click on View Profile and then scroll down until you see the RENEW button.  From the phone app, touch My Profile at the bottom right corner, touch the RENEW button at the right middle.

     

  2. How do I know if I am signed in/logged in to LTPAFUN?  ANSWER:  If you are not logged in, you will see a message at the top right corner of the screen that reads Click Here to Sign In.  When you are signed in it will read Member Settings.

  3. I entered LTPAFUN.ORG in my search bar but the LTA web page won’t open.  

    ANSWER:  Enter LTPAFUN.ORG in the address bar of your browser instead of the search bar

  4. What is my LTPAFUN.ORG password?      

    ANSWER:  Your password was generated when you first registered with the LTA website.  It was sent to you in an email titled “Login Information for Landings Tennis Association”.  Check the email inbox for the email address you used to register for LTPAFUN.ORG.

  5.  I forgot my password.  How do I change it?  

    ANSWER:  If you are not logged in, go to the LTPAFUN.ORG website and click the Sign In link at the top right corner of the screen.  Click the Forgot Password Link and the system will send you an email with instructions for changing your password.

  6. I know my password but want to change it.

       ANSWER:  If you are logged in to the LTPAFUN.ORG website and click the Member Settings link at the top right corner of the screen.  Click the Change Password Link and the system prompt you for your old password and new password.
  7.  I have registered for my annual membership and would like to register someone else for a membership but when I click on the Join Us link, the system tells me I am already register as an LTA member.  ANSWER:  If you are logged in to the LTPAFUN.ORG website and click the Member Settings at the top right corner of the screen.  Click the Log Out link and you will then be able to enroll another person with a different email address.

  8.  I can open the LTPAFUN .ORG web site but I don’t know how to enroll as a member.  

    ANSWER:  Click the Join Us link from the web site menu.  Follow the steps to enter your email address, demographic information and payment information.

  9.  I have registered as a LTA member and am trying to register for an event.  I can see the event but cannot figure out how to register.  

    ANSWER:  Make sure you are logged into the web site.  Click the  Sign In link at the top right corner of the screen and then enter your email address and password.  You will then see a REGISTER button under the events that are open for registration.

  10. Are my credit card payments secure on the LTPAFUN.ORG web site.  

    ANSWER:  The LTA uses Wild Apricot for membership management and payments.   Wild Apricot uses features such as encryption to protect your data and is PCI certified.  More information about Wild Apricot security can be found here.


  11. Is my information that I enter on the LTPAFUN.ORG web site shared with others?  

    ANSWER:  Wild Apricot or it’s affiliates will not share this information.  The LTA owns this information and will not share it with any entities other than The Landings Administration.


  12. How do I view or edit my LTPAFUN profile or my personal information?  ANSWER:  Make sure you are signed in.  Click the Member Settings link at the top right of the screen.  Click the View Profile link and then click the Edit Profile button.

  13. What is the Member App and how do I install it to my phone? ANSWER:  Wild Apricot for Members, aka the Member App, is a smartphone app that you can download and install from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.  The app allows you to easily view the LTPA member directory on your phone and call or email members.  You can also view and register for events, update your profile and renew your membership.  Once installed you sign in with your email address and password.
